Introduce Japanese Culture

Miho :

Yes. I don’t see how a Japanese festival would attract people. Without knowing the history of the festival, not so many people can understand and appreciate it. As I have said, flower arrangement is quite artistic. It would be easier to understand and appreciate, so we would be able to attract more people.

Risa :

You’re absolutely right, Miho. In any case, we should decide what we actually want to do: give people a better understanding of our culture or just introduce cultural events and things as they are.

Daiki :

I think we should first decide which aspect of our culture we are to present: traditional or modern.

Yuto :

As far as I’m concerned, I’d prefer to show some traditional aspects of our culture. As for the festival, we can explain its history and meaning during our demonstration, so that people watching it can understand it better.
