Sunshine’s Funny Little Story
　Japanese is not easy for me.// At first,/I struggled with pronunciation,/especially the little tsu.//
　Some time ago,/I went to a store/to buy some soap.// Beforehand,/I checked the word/in my dictionary.// It said sekken.//
　I asked the clerk/where to get sekken.// The clerk didn’t understand me/because I couldn’t pronounce the word correctly.// I said seken  or seheken  many times,/and each time the clerk said,/“Please say it again.”//
　I gave up.// I searched by myself,/and I found it.// I said to the clerk,/“This is what I wanted.// What is the proper Japanese pronunciation/for this item?”// The clerk answered,/“Sir,/it’s ha-n-do-so-o-pu.”//
