This drawing shows a scientist’s vision of the first city on Mars. It looks cool, but we will have a lot of difficulties living there, which include dealing with the atmosphere. It is mostly carbon dioxide, so astronauts will need to find a way to get oxygen. Also, we have to deal with the gravity, which is only about 38% as strong as the gravity on Earth. We must work hard to tackle such challenges.
