Recipe for Sukiyaki
Ingredients (2 servings)
❶ 300g beef (thinly sliced)
❷ 2 naganegi
❸ 150g shungiku
❹ 4 shiitake
❺ 1 bag shirataki
❻ 1 block (grilled) tofu
❼ 2 eggs
warishita (sukiyaki broth)
● 3/4 cup (150ml) soy sauce
● 1/2 cup (100ml) mirin
● 1/4 cup (50ml) dashi
● 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation ● naganegi : cut into slices, 5cm long
● shiitake : cut off stem
● shirataki : put into boiling water, drain, and cut into 8-10cm lengths
● tofu : cut into bite-size pieces
Directions First, heat a sukiyaki pan and put oil in the pan.
Then, add beef and cook it until it begins to turn color.
Next, pour the warishita and boil it over medium heat.
After that, add vegetables and other ingredients, and cook them for about five minutes.
Finally, pick up some beef and other ingredients, and dip them into the beaten egg.
