❶ 70g chicken thighs//
❷ half an onion//
❸ 1 egg//
❹ a bowl of rice//
❺ green peas//

● 2 tablespoons soy sauce//
● 2 tablespoons sugar//
● 1 teaspoon mirin//
Directions//
First, heat two teaspoons of oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the chicken and sliced onions.//
Then, add a half-cup of water and seasonings, and cook for 2-3 minutes.//
Next, pour the beaten egg over the chicken and onion in the pan.//
After that, sprinkle the green peas on the egg and cook until the egg partially hardens.//
Finally, put the hot rice in a bowl and pour the contents of the pan on top of the rice. //
