❶  I agree that it is important to learn another language, but I don’t think it has to be at an early age. ❷  Many people who start learning English later in life can also achieve a high level of fluency.  While it is true that they may not always have perfect pronunciation, they can become good enough to be understood without difficulty, and with time they will be able to express their ideas clearly. ❸  In fact, adults can be quicker at learning a language than children because they have picked up a lot of strategies for studying that children don’t have.
