　　To attract young people to Aozora City, I think we should make a movie that is set here.//
　　We could invite a famous actress like Hirose Shizuka.// She is very popular among young people, both male and female.// A lot of TV stations would probably send reporters to the city to interview her.// If the movie is a hit, many tourists will surely visit this city.//

　青空市に若者を呼び込むためには、ここを舞台にした映画を作るべきだと思います。
　広瀬静香さんのような有名な女優さんを呼べるとよいと思います。彼女は男女を問わず、若者たちにとても人気があります。おそらく、多くのテレビ局が市にレポーターを派遣して、彼女にインタビューするでしょう。映画がヒットすれば、きっと多くの観光客がこの市を訪れるでしょう。

　　To attract young people to Aozora City, I think we should hold a street dance festival here.//
　　Street dance is extremely popular with young people, from elementary school students to people in their twenties.// The winning team would get an award and a large amount of locally harvested rice.// Many dance teams from all over Japan would come.// We could hold the festival every year so lots of spectators keep coming.//

　青空市に若者を呼び込むためには、ここでストリートダンスフェスティバルを開催するべきだと思います。
　ストリートダンスは、小学生から20代の若者に大人気です。優勝チームは、賞金と地元で採れた大量のお米をもらえるようにしましょう。日本全国からたくさんのダンスチームが来るでしょう。多くの観客にずっと来てもらえるように、フェスティバルを毎年できるとよいと思います。

　　To attract young people to Aozora City, we should ask some popular video bloggers to come and shoot a video here.//
　　I believe they could discover some unusual and interesting aspects of the city that we are not aware of.// I hear some video bloggers have more than a million viewers.// Some of them would hopefully “make a pilgrimage” to Aozora City.//

　青空市に若者を呼び込むためには、人気のビデオ投稿者に来てもらい、ここでビデオ撮影をしてもらうようにお願いするべきです。
　私たちの気づいていない市のおもしろくて変わった側面を発見してくれると思います。ビデオ投稿者の中には、100万人以上の視聴者数がいる人もいると聞いています。願わくは、その中で青空市に「巡礼する」人もいるでしょう。

　　To attract young people to Aozora City, it might be a good idea to build a complex for extreme sports such as skateboarding, bouldering, or BMX.//
　　It would appeal not only to athletes but also to spectators if we held competitions there.// We could also arrange some classes for the sports.// How about advertising our city as “The Gateway City for Extreme Sports?”//

　青空市に若者を呼び込むためには、スケートボードやボルダー、BMXなどのエクストリームスポーツの複合施設を作るのはよいアイディアかもしれません。
　そこで大会を開催すれば、選手だけでなく、観客へのアピールにもなるでしょう。また、それらのスポーツの教室を用意することもできるでしょう。私たちの市を「エクストリームスポーツの拠点都市」として宣伝するのはどうでしょうか。
