Mr. Wilson, I’d like to talk about your English class. Could we schedule a meeting?

W :

Sure. I’m fully booked this week with class appointments, so how’s next week?

M :

Next week is fine. When are you available?

W :

I’m available Monday afternoon from 2:00 to 3:00, Tuesday from 4:00 to 5:00, and Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00. I’m also available Friday from 1:00 to 2:00.

M :

I have to take care of my host sister next Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Could we meet either on Monday or Friday?

W :

OK. Please come see me at 1:00 on Friday in my office.
